Accounts and workspaces

Account and workspace users should secure their access and invite only people who are authorized for that event or organization.

Planner responsibilities

A planner decides which event data to upload, what registration information to request, whom to invite and what communications to send. The planner is responsible for using Plana lawfully and for providing the event conditions and notices that apply to participants. Participant conditions remain configurable for each event.

Google Workspace email

The optional Google Workspace connection lets Plana send test, invitation and registration emails that a planner initiates or configures from an authorized mailbox. The planner must have authority to use that mailbox. Unsolicited or unlawful email is not permitted.

A mailbox can be disconnected in Communications. Already sent messages and event communication records remain after disconnect. See the Privacy notice for details about Google Workspace connections.
